Terms of service
These terms govern your use of WA Signal, provided by Sellzzy Digital Commerce ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind that business.

1. What the service is
WA Signal is a shared inbox for WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API) numbers. It receives and sends messages on your behalf, organises them for your team, and reports conversion events — leads and purchases — back to Meta's Conversions API using your own dataset, so that your Click-to-WhatsApp advertising can optimise against them.
WA Signal is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc. WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram and Meta are trademarks of their respective owners.
2. Accounts and your team
- You must give accurate registration details and keep them current.
- You are responsible for everything that happens under your account, including what the people you invite do.
- Keep passwords and API keys confidential. Tell us promptly at support@wasignal.io if you believe an account or key has been compromised.
- Account owners control roles and can add or remove team members at any time. Removing someone ends their access immediately.
- You must be old enough to enter a contract in your country, and must use the service for business purposes.
3. Your Meta and WhatsApp assets
WA Signal connects to your Meta app, your WhatsApp Business Account and your Conversions API dataset. You keep ownership and control of all of them, and you can disconnect at any time by revoking the credentials you gave us.
- You are responsible for complying with Meta's terms, the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and Meta's advertising policies. Breaching them can get your number or account restricted by Meta, which is outside our control.
- Meta reviews businesses, display names and apps on its own timetable. We cannot influence or accelerate those reviews, and we do not guarantee that Meta will approve anything.
- You confirm you have the right to message the people you message, and that you have collected any consent your local law requires.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the conversion events you cause to be sent. Marking conversations qualified or confirming orders that are not real would misreport data to Meta, and may breach Meta's terms.
4. Acceptable use
You must not use WA Signal to:
- Send unsolicited bulk messages, or message people who have asked you to stop.
- Send unlawful, deceptive, harassing, hateful or infringing content.
- Impersonate another person or business.
- Interfere with the service, probe it for vulnerabilities without our written permission, or try to access another customer's data.
- Resell or provide the service to a third party as your own without our written agreement.
- Circumvent rate limits or any other technical restriction we apply.
We may suspend an account immediately where we reasonably believe this section has been breached, or where continuing would put the service or other customers at risk.
5. Your data
- The content of your conversations, contacts and orders belongs to you. We claim no ownership of it.
- You grant us the limited right to host, process and transmit that content as needed to run the service for you.
- For the personal data of your customers, you are the controller and we act as your processor. Our handling is described in the Privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.
- You are responsible for having a lawful basis to process your customers' data, and for giving them your own privacy notice.
- You can export or delete your data. See Data deletion.
6. Fees and third-party charges
Where a fee applies to your account, we will agree it with you in writing before it starts, along with the billing period and what happens if payment fails.
WhatsApp conversation charges are separate. Meta bills them directly to your own WhatsApp Business Account at Meta's rates for your country. Those charges never pass through us, and we have no control over them or over changes Meta makes to its pricing.
7. Availability and support
We aim to keep the service available and to fix problems promptly, but we do not currently offer a contractual uptime commitment. We may take the service down for maintenance, and will try to do so at quiet times and to give notice where a change is significant.
Support is by email at support@wasignal.io during business hours.
WA Signal depends on Meta's platform. If Meta's APIs are unavailable, change, or restrict your account, parts of the service may not work, and that is outside our control.
8. Intellectual property
We own the WA Signal software, its interface, documentation and branding. These terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service while your account is active — nothing more. You may not copy, decompile or create derivative works from the service except where the law says you may.
If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without obligation to you.
9. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
In particular, we do not warrant that using WA Signal will improve your advertising results, that Meta will accept or attribute every event we send, or that Meta will approve your business, number or display name.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows:
- Neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill or data.
- Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred United States dollars.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
11. Suspension and termination
- You may stop using the service and ask us to close your account at any time.
- We may suspend an account for breach of these terms, for non-payment, or where required by law or by Meta. Where circumstances allow, we will tell you first and give you a chance to put things right.
- A suspended account keeps its data, but nobody can sign in and its API keys stop working until it is reactivated.
- On termination, your right to use the service ends. We will make your data available for export for 30 days on request, after which it may be deleted.
- Sections 5, 8, 9, 10, 13 and 14 survive termination.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service develops. For material changes we will give reasonable notice by email or in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of ADD JURISDICTION, and the courts there have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
